She takes on the multi-role of businesswomen, wife, and mother which offers her an understanding of the fast-paced family life. Her family has lived through many home renovations over the years, that has given Melissa firsthand experience of the disruption a home renovation can pose. Wether a small bathroom renovation or a brand new build, as a Project Manager, Melissa will supervise vendors and trades from her list of handpicked professionals. Melissa coordinates all orders, deliveries, and vendor or supplier billing. Melissa’s priority is to your family, she will represent your interests in every way, ensuring that your project is completed in a smooth and timely manner.

Leo’s vast work and education experience has given him a unique perspective in the Real estate Industry. In 1999 Leo Graduated the Graphic Design & Advertising program at George Brown College. Soon after, he was offered a job as a sales representative with Hostess Frito Lay. Leo was always intrigued by the construction industry, so in 2001, he strapped on a tool belt and began framing homes. This led Leo to become an expert Heavy Equipment Operator proficient on Excavators, bulldozers and everything in between. Leo was also the owner of a Payday Loan business for 7 years.
Although these experiences were exciting and challenging, nothing could compare to the creative and financial rewards Real estate has provided. Whether Rehabilitating his own home or in a joint venture with investors, this is where Leo excels.
